Basics of Keras: Creating AI models for beginners

Course objective:

The goal of the course is to familiarize participants with the Tensorflow Keras environment. Participants of the course will gain basic knowledge in the field of building deep neural network models. They will learn the theoretical meaning and practical way of correctly selecting individual network parameters. They will learn to construct models both in sequential form and using Keras Functional API. They will use the acquired knowledge in practice by training several models for image and text classification.

Who is the target audience?

The training is intended for complete beginners who have not had the opportunity to construct their own deep neural network models and have not had any experience with the Keras library. The only prerequisite is the ability to run a simple Python script, but programming skills are not required.

How to sign up?

1. To register for a course, you need an account in our system. To set it up, click here. This account allows you to use the offer of the entire training platform, including courses conducted by CDSI and other AGH units, which can be accessed using the tabs at the top of the page. 2. After creating an account, sign up for the course. Acceptance is based on the order in which applications are submitted.
